Legal entity

Sovereign Ledger is operated by Sovereign Ledger LLC, a Texas limited liability company.

Counterparties evaluating us for a vendor-intake process can request a current certificate of existence and W-9 by emailing hello@getsovereignledger.com.

Founder

Sean Harper Dunn is the founder and sole operator of Sovereign Ledger. Sean built the Sovereign Ledger compliance engine, the ingestion pipelines against Texas Railroad Commission production and severance data, and the Ed25519 signing path that produces every Digital Passport the system issues. Commercial conversations and pilot discussions route directly to him while the company is in its solo-founder window.
